| Knife was sharpenned with 4K King, 6K woodstock and 10K Naniwa SS in the direction perpendicular to the edge. To isolate scratch pattern of 30K glass stone knife was sharpened at 45 degree angle to the edge. Because of how knifewas held the 30K glass stone pictures also show some 10K super stone scratches near the edge. | |||

| It appears that while glass stone does contain 30K grit abrasive particles, it can use a little bit better quality assurance in the selection of the 30K abrasive.
